What was the highlight of Ferrera Mate Mallorca
I didn't get the room I booked. Bad wifi. Breakfast included was nice. Staff nice.
For the price having breakfast included was good. The staff at the restaurant was very nice.
When I booked I informed that we were a couple and that we needed a double bed. They gave us a bedroom with 2 small beds one next to the other one. I had back problems for the entire week. The wifi was almost not reaching our bedroom, even though we paid for it.

Noone informed us that we're not getting what we paid for.
Cosy atmosphere.
Perfect place by the sea! Nicely organised. Quiet and cosy. BUT! Not all of their rooms are as renovated as it is shown on the pics, so when 5 of us arrived in the evening we're offered one old moldy smelling appartment for all of us to share. Even though the money was taken in advance for 2 separate rooms. We're very upset cause we are 2 separate families and we didn't want to live together. Neither manager or his/her assistant was present and ever showed up to try to solve the problem.The only solution the reception lady offered to us is to take our money back and to go to another place(late in the evening on a high season with! a baby). So it was like take our offer or f* off. That was the most upsetting thing. Later at night our co-travelling couple got their room at last just because someone didn't show up.But we've never seen the rooms from the pics on booking.

Food in the hotel restaurant (potato) contained piece of glass. It was very dangerous. Many cockroaches in my room. Instruction at front about bus transportation was wrong.
